Il fonctionne comme une <strong>super-autoroute de l&rsquo;information<\/strong> puisque chaque fibre de collag\u00e8ne qui le constitue contient une petite partie du fluide cortical qui prot\u00e8ge et aide \u00e0 r\u00e9gulariser le syst\u00e8me nerveux central.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le tissu le plus mall\u00e9able. La plupart des gens trouvent l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du <em>Rolfing<\/em> agr\u00e9able car elle procure une <strong>d\u00e9tente tr\u00e8s profonde<\/strong>. Puis, avec la progression des s\u00e9ances s\u2019installera une <strong>sensation de libert\u00e9<\/strong> caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019un corps en <strong>meilleure harmonie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les traitements, les gens se sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>plus droits, plus l\u00e9gers, mieux \u00ab\u00a0lubrifi\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Ils ont plus de <strong>vitalit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>; leur <strong>respiration est plus ample<\/strong> et plus ais\u00e9e. On remarque un meilleur alignement structurel, plus de <strong>souplesse, d\u2019\u00e9quilibre et de mobilit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>nature holistique du <em>Rolfing<\/em><\/strong> fait qu&rsquo;il peut susciter chez celui qui le re\u00e7oit des r\u00e9ponses d&rsquo;ordre \u00e9motionnel, des prises de conscience et des r\u00e9flexions existentielles. La s\u00e9rie de base comprend normalement <strong>10 sessions<\/strong>. Une attention sensible sera port\u00e9e aux <strong>fluctuations \u00e9motionnelles<\/strong>, aux <strong>m\u00e9taphores<\/strong> et aux <strong>implications perceptuelles<\/strong> associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ces ajustements.<\/p>\n<p>Cette comp\u00e9tence peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans le cadre des s\u00e9ances de manipulation en Int\u00e9gration Structurelle <em>Rolfing<\/em>. Les clients atteignent ainsi des <strong>niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de conscience de soi, d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du travail et de coh\u00e9rence corps-esprit<\/strong> quant aux mouvements associ\u00e9s aux th\u00e8mes structurels abord\u00e9s dans les sessions.
